It is have long tail--gate waste material, need to cut down 3.The gate have big mark. The hot runner advantages: 1. save the raw material 2. improve automotive 3.reduce the cycle time 4. do not need to use three plate mold and could use pin point gate 5. could use side gate to produce 6. product surface looks nice 7. the multi cavity products quality are same. But there also have some disadvantages:1. costs will higher than cold runner 2. structure will more complex 3.maintain costs will higher 4.It takes a period of time for the process to be stable after starting up, resulting in more waste products at the beginning.
